“It’s Complicated”: Mark Stephens and the Evaluation Excuse

Mark Stephens told Nathan that completing the required mental health and domestic violence evaluations is “complicated.” But when travel, beach life, pickleball, trips, and sending Nathan to California are possible, the excuse starts to collapse.
