His History Proves What He’s About

🕳️ The Loneliest Stage of All
September 1, 2025Mark wants you to believe family court stripped him unfairly. But history proves what he’s about—and the record is clear.
When the courts stepped in, they didn’t rush to judgment. They pressed to resolve the temporary No Contact Order quickly, determined not to keep the boys away from their father any longer than necessary. They gave him the benefit of the doubt, and they offered him a clear path: evaluations, treatment, accountability.
Instead, Mark dug himself a deeper hole.
At first, the court only intended to protect Liam with a No Contact Order. Nathan was nearly an adult, and the court hoped restraint might be possible. But even under the microscope—CPS, the GAL, the courts—Mark couldn’t control himself. He grew aggressive with the GAL, hostile toward CPS, and reckless in his words and actions.
So the court had no choice. One No Contact Order became two. Not because he was erased. Not because of false allegations. But because, when given the chance, he proved exactly who he is.
And it didn’t stop there. Even with a restraining order in place, Mark was held in contempt for violating it. When given the courtesy of a cease-and-desist warning, he didn’t back off—he ramped it up. He was ultimately held in contempt.
Melissa and I also gave him space. Even after Liam’s medical team called CPS multiple times to report Mark’s abuses, we waited. We waited for the CPS reports before deciding what steps to take. Only after Mark forced the boys to sign his fake “contract”—while he was already under investigation—did we finally ask the courts to intervene to stop the ongoing abuse Nathan and Liam were experiencing.
Meanwhile, the path to resolution is still clear and waiting. But Mark has refused to take even a single step toward lifting the No Contact Orders. The choice has always been his. His history proves it. The present confirms it. And every post he makes today shows he’s still digging.
