• Excuses over effort. For years, the same evaluations have sat waiting. Instead of compliance, he invents narratives of conspiracies, false diagnoses, and distractions.
• Chaos over commitment. Even in public spaces, as Rob Peters observed, he chooses attention-seeking and division over simply being present for his kids.

The numbers make it undeniable: it has been 720 days since he was given a clear path. In that time, at an average of at least three posts per day, he has produced over 2,000 social media posts about being a victim of a broken system, cheated in court, or alienated.

And yet in all that noise — not one document filed with the courts. Not once has he even asked how his children are doing. Not one ounce of effort to resolve or disprove the abuse and neglect that led to the clear path in the first place.

What makes this so painful is that the children see it. Liam himself has said that if his father started today, it would still take at least a year before he could see him in even a supervised environment. That’s how wide the gap has grown between the clear path and Mark’s complete refusal to walk it.
