Mark Stephens shared a reel today claiming:

“Allegations in family court are over 4x more likely to be false than genuine… Yet the false accusers receive no punishment and the victim is treated like a criminal… Make it make sense!”

Let’s make this absolutely clear:
There are real victims of false allegations in family court — but Mark Anthony Stephens is not one of them.

If justice worked as it should, Mark wouldn’t be whining online about being treated “like a criminal” — he would already have been punished far more severely for the real, well-documented, long-term harm he has inflicted on his ex-wives and, most tragically, his children.

His history isn’t hearsay — it is a thoroughly documented, multi-faceted pattern of abuse, neglect, and manipulation:

• Neglect and verbal abuse: Consistently belittling and emotionally harming his children and partners.
• Physical abuse: Locking his eldest son in a garage at five years old until the child urinated on himself; pushing, hitting, threatening, and restraining his ex-wives.
• Refusal to follow medical care plans: Undermining Liam’s doctors, mocking diagnoses, throwing away prescribed medications, rejecting evidence-based treatments.
• The house fire: Setting fire to his own home through negligence and then blaming his children — even though the fire was determined to be the fault of Mark and Tori.
• Vile dehumanization: Screaming at Liam’s doctor that Liam was “his SPERM” and “he has RIGHTS!” — reducing a child in crisis to a mere possession.
• Predatory violation: Ordering his eldest son to livestream Melissa in her bedroom while she was undressing — a grotesque and abusive invasion of privacy.
• Threats of murder: In Tori’s own words, Mark admitted that he stood outside both Melissa’s house and Pastor Fox’s house contemplating murder.
• Forging documents to evade child support.
• Refusing to disclose financial records for support calculations.
• Multiple contempt of court charges — but never truly held accountable.

And then there’s this:

CPS wasn’t called by the mother of his children.
CPS was called by a multitude of Liam’s own care providers — from different clinics, all independently — after what Liam disclosed to them.

Even more disturbing is why these providers acted:
Liam described horrific things matter-of-factly, without emotion, because this abuse had been part of his life for so long that he didn’t even recognize it as abuse — it was simply “normal” to him.
Most of what Liam and Nathan shared with these professionals was unknown even to us — we hadn’t witnessed it. Their disclosures revealed a reality that no child should endure.

When we learned that these professionals had all independently contacted CPS, we chose to wait for the results of that investigation — with humility, understanding that CPS interviews everyone in a child’s life. We were prepared to face whatever the investigation revealed.

But before that report even returned, Mark escalated:
He pressured both boys into signing a so-called “Contract” — drafted and signed by Mark, Tori, and both children — declaring that Liam was “obese,” that the Kartini Clinic had fabricated his diagnosis to profit from his treatment, that his medications were harmful, and that Liam wanted to stop care entirely.

This wasn’t a healthy child arguing over medication.
This was a malnourished child, suffering from a severe eating disorder, who was fighting for his life at that exact moment — manipulated by his abuser into signing away his care.

This grotesque act of coercion reveals Mark’s true priorities:
Not Liam’s health, not his well-being, but his relentless desire to control the narrative and undermine every person who tried to protect and care for his son.

Even at a child’s lowest point — desperate for support and stability — Mark’s instinct was to gaslight, manipulate, and destroy.

So when Mark cries,

“Make it make sense!”

Here’s the answer:
It makes perfect sense why courts, doctors, therapists, teachers, CPS, and nearly everyone who has encountered Mark sees him as dangerous and unfit to parent his children.

His “false allegations” narrative is not just a lie — it’s an extension of his abuse.
Every time he posts these self-serving grievances, it’s another act of psychological violence against those he’s already harmed — an attempt to rewrite history and cast himself as a martyr.

The real injustice here is that he hasn’t been punished enough.
Not for the physical abuse, not for the verbal abuse, not for the psychological torture, not for the manipulation of his children, not for obstructing their medical care, not for financial evasions, and not for his utter contempt for the law and truth itself.

Mark Stephens is not a victim of false accusations.
He is a perpetrator of documented, persistent, life-altering abuse — verbal, physical, emotional, financial, and psychological.

And every post like this is a reminder that he continues to harm his victims — even now.
